A Comfortable stay

During our recent stay at Top Hotel & Residence, we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with any queries or concerns we had. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with clear signboards guiding us to the hotel and being within walking distance of famous tourist sites and the subway station. Our room was spacious enough, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen and washer included. One particular incident that left a lasting impression was when one of our companions left her passport upon checkout. The staff promptly contacted us and arranged for a taxi to bring her back to the hotel, even paying for the fare themselves. We are extremely grateful for their exceptional service. we highly recommend Top Hotel & Residence for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Seoul.

Functional property with gentle staff and fantastic location to public transport good. Location adjacent to the center of all tourist attractions and the airport bus stop on the main street Jongno and the Jongno 3-ga metro station.

The stay here was VERY GOOD for short visit. The room was large with stove top and washing machine and comfortable beds, at least for me. The location was perfect - right by areas of interest and the subway and Jongno's main shopping area and Insadong.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel. Just a short walk to the nearest subway station, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room may have been small, but it was well-designed and had everything I needed. The toiletries provided were of great quality, something that is often hard to find. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and I appreciated being able to hang out in the lobby late at night to work on my school deadlines. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Top Hotel & Residence Insadong.

Hotel was functional and modern, I liked the stay.

The rooms were decent size, with private bathroom. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. The location was favourable for walking around a Korean restaurant. The service was good. The staff was gentle, excellent with every request.

I had a great Christmas at this hotel! The location was amazing - it was right in the heart of the city, with so much to see and do nearby. The staff were always smiling and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room, although a bit small, had all the facilities I needed and was always kept clean. I also appreciated the free water provided every day.

The hotel quickly resolved the situation by sending me to a nearby hotel for the first night and upgrading me for the second night. It was a bit inconvenient, but the hotel made up for it with their prompt response and solution.
